Melissa has been a member of the Secura Financial team since 2013, working as the firm’s Operations Lead. She oversees many aspects of office management, helping to ensure the firm runs efficiently and effectively each day. With a strong focus on leadership, organization, and team development, Melissa works closely with advisors and the operations team to streamline processes, support growth, and create an environment where both employees and clients feel supported and well cared for.
A graduate of St. Lawrence College’s Advertising and Marketing program, Melissa combines her marketing background with industry knowledge. She is licensed in both Mutual Funds and Life Insurance, providing a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry and the experience needed to support the firm and its clients.
On the personal side
Melissa lives with her husband, Jay, and their two children, Emerson and Norah. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and being present for the everyday moments that come with raising her kids. Whether it’s getting outdoors, enjoying family activities, or simply making time together, her favourite part of life is being with the people she loves most. Melissa believes in working hard and staying focused, but also in making sure there is always time to slow down, enjoy life, and create meaningful memories with her family and friends.
