Our Commitment to the Community

Giving back to our local community is engrained in our value system. We feel not only a desire, but a responsibility to give back to the community that is home to our clients, and we get true enjoyment from being able to help organizations and individuals who can benefit from our support.

Whether we are organizing events, planning our annual charity golf tournament, hosting our United Way barbeque, sponsoring a child to play a sport they love, or simply being a place where fundraisers and organizations can gather donations and needed items, we want to help. That is us, Secura Financial Group. We simply want to help.

Secura United Way BBQ

Each September, we host an annual BBQ at our office in support of United Way, bringing together clients, partners, and members of the community for a great cause.

Since its start in 2017, we have raised over $17,000 in support of United Way and the important work they do to strengthen local communities.

Secura Charity Golf

The Secura Charity Golf Tournament is an annual event in support of the ALS Society, the Alzheimer Society, and our own Secura Wish program. Over the past 18 years, the tournament has raised over $450,000.

Held each June at Colonnade Golf Course, this event reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful causes and making a positive impact in the lives of those in need.

SecuraWish

SecuraWish creates an exciting, enjoyable, and fun experience to lift the spirits and bring happiness to youth in our community who are living in, or have experienced, a challenging situation. For several years now, we have been fortunate to recognize unique opportunities where SecuraWish was able to help.
